Customer complaint is that the washer will not spin out the cloths. There were 2 fault codes that pertain to the complaint. There first is an F0E5 fault code which is an out of balance load. The fault is caused by the inner basket bouncing because of weak struts and the locking nut being out of round. The second is an F7E6 which is a motor fault. In diagnostic testing the motor tested ok. I recommend struts and locking nut. The agitator will not come off of the transmission shaft. It will need an agitator.; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Nut) and 1 W11130362 (Struts) and 1 W10902814 (Agitator)
