Customer states error code F7 E1 is displayed and washer wont run wash cycle.Upon arrival ran diagnostics and extracted 2 stored error codes: F0 E3 OVERLOADED and F7 E1 Tachometer missing. Verified spin functions properly. Agitation oscillates but both WASHPLATE and spin basket agitate together indicating a failed shift actuation.Removed Shift Actuator to verified failure (tracking arm is disconnected from actuating motor) and does not shift completely from spin to agitation. Installed replacement Shift Actuator W10913953 FROM TRUCK STOCK (TRUCK 19). Reassembled belt guard and tested both Agitation and spin. Both functions are now operating properly. Advised customer against overloading washtub. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE ; used 1 W10913953 ( SHIFT ACTUATOR) from stock
