Ice cubes are being dragged from the pan when the drawer is pulled out. This is an issue with the design. Nothing to replace or change that will fix this. Unit is cooling . Items in unit are freezing is cx complaint. Unit did get down 34 degrees. Ran through diagnostics and unit passed thermistor and fan tests. Re programmed defrost period from 16hrs to 12 hours. Unit passed all tests at the time of service. If issue persists unit will need new control and thermistor replaced.
