Install replacement sliders assembly part number W10734521 from truckstock, truck number 19. Reassemble and tester operation the customer. Unit now fills, agitates, drains and spins as designed. Recommend customer against using HE turbo detergent as it is to highly concentrated for this low Fill, high-efficiency washing machine. No charge to customer. Tested Broil and verified operation. Recommend customer connect oven to house Wi-Fi network so oven may receive automatic software updates from Whirlpool automatically. Unable to verify any mechanical defects at this time.

"Cx states bins dont close all the way and when opening filter housing the filter follows the cover. This is normal. The grip the original product had brand new has lessened but the filter still operates as designed. As for the bins, the crisper drawers have a small gap less than a 1/4in the center. This will change depending on wraiths and product in each drawer that will cause the milled partition to sag slightly. All normal operation."
