The issue has been caused by leaving the freezers drawer open indefinitely and everything inside is iced up and at this point I am unable to open it. I have spoken with mrs Johnson and explained to her what must be done before this unit to be put back to normal operation. Unplug unit for 48 hours and then make sure all doors and drawer are closing properly. Turn unit back on and allow 24-48 hours to a stable temperature. Shell call back if needed.

"Upon arrival found unit with drawer door with according with customer no closing correct. Check the unit and unit has a bad drawer. Replace the drawer assembly on the unit. Retest the drawer and is working properly. Customer doesnt want the door is a little sticky out. The bezel on the UI is no sitting right. At this point unit is working properly, no leaks found at the drawer. Job complete"
