I removed the cover and used two zip ties to hold the thermistor tightly onto the evaporator. The two screws holding the upper cover in place were missing so I used two from my stock.

I advised her that this is completely normal. Check temperatures inside freezer compartment. Freezer compartment had normal temperatures roughly 2° unit was set at zero fresh food compartment was set at 37 fresh food compartment temperatures were 37 in correct advise consumer that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Unit is making perfect ice took multiple pictures. Contacted tech-support explained to them the issue and that there was nothing wrong with the unit and that I explained to the customer all that is going on is normal.
