F6E3. Main issue was a noise complaint. I ran the spin and found that the slider was skipping teeth on the rotor. The screw holding it to the transmission had completely come out and was lying under the unit. I applied some loctite and reinstalled the screw. Issue resolved.

Installed new door latch. Unit is now closing properly and starting.
