Temp reading in fresh food is 42 and temp is set on 37. Freezer is set on 0 and is and is reading .002 and no issue. Looked at fresh food area lower by crisper drawers and is reading 39 degrees. Calling tech line on this. Thermistor W11724692 ff. Evaporator cover W11610999. Steve with tech line. Test 28 reads 37. Test 29 reading -7. Back wall by cover. Test one is reading 53 test 1. Found the freezer door closing just fine. The issue is ice production. The ice container is empty on arrival and the ice maker is turned on. I ran diagnostic and in step 56 there was a e5 error code. I checked temps in the freezer and checked ok at 3 degrees. The ice level sensor also checked ok and so did the cycling and filling of the ice maker. All fans are running properly. I removed the error codes stored and recommend waiting to see if after removing the code if it will start producing ice properly.
