"Upon arrival found unit not draining the water by the end of the cycle. Checked the unit and found this error codes F6E4, F2E1, F5E1. This about the flow switch keep open. Test the unit and found the unit has a loop hose on there connection from the air gap to the disposal. This is causing a failure of the water remaining on the bottom of this hose not going all the way out. This is causing the unit detected water and on the flow switch, when the unit is draining and causing the unit shut it down on the middle of the cycle and not completed cycle. Inform this to the customer they need to put a straight hose over there so that way the problem they can be resolved. Job complete."

"Room 217 on arrival Cx states unit blows cold them stops and starts blowing hot. Found outside air damper open, closed damper. Also found unit pulling in cold air, air is being trapped in the corner and the ambient thermistor is causing unit to satisfy. Advised Cx to move furniture located in front of unit to allow for more airflow as unit is tucked into a corner. Unit is functioning as designed."
