The warranty provider is New Leaf, when the customer reported the problem was caused by the electrical power surges, they were reluctant to schedule service, given they checked the service history of the unit. Adjusted the gas valve wires they were w died between two metal panels. Found the bake electrode mounting clips out of position, reinstalled mounting clips and verified bake electrode wire is secure.
