Found the refrigerator door gasket not staying in place. It pops out whenever the doors open. I hate treated and replaced the new door gasket. Now it is staying in place and not coming out of the door. I did recommend to the customer to leave it closed for an hour or two in order to allow the door gasket to conform to the doorway. All tested OK and job completed.

"JB out 6/9/23. Customer states washer will not drain or spin. Upon arrival found washing machine with 1/3 cup of water undrained. Further inspection found several extensions added to washing machine drain line, then connected to 1/2 inch diameter washer fill hose, leaving outside of house extending further than 30 feet. Disconnect drain hose from water supply hose. Makeshift drain connection. Reinstall drain line into standing drain pipe behind washing machine. Tested drain function. Washing machine now drains however, standing drain. Pipe backs up. Recommend customer contact plumber to clean out. Drain line to prevent backing up. Advise customer against using any drain line extensions whatsoever. I verified washing machine now. Drains and spins appropriately. Advise customer of one time courtesy no charge on a no defect phone service call visit. This is an installation issue. Washing machine drain hose cannot be connected to any extensions. Additionally, channel drain pipe backs up and will require the services of a plumber to clean out the drain. This is part of the house, plumbing. No parts used. No charge the customer. Upon arrival rechecked filter housing the housing is working as it should take pressure to push the filter into place as closing the door before it clicks in to hold in the filter there is no leaking from the unit. Unit is working as intended customer probably pulled open the filter door while grabbing Items from the fridge and could not close the door agin with the pressure needed contacted tech support and explained to them that there nothing wrong with the unit sr#7736590643 had to customer uninstall and install the filter in front of me and close the housing door to show them that the unit is working as intended. Job complete.
