Found the unit has a f9e1 error code stored. No other error codes stored at this time. I checked the wiring going to the drain pump and all tested ok there. I ran a diagnostic cycle and all functions tested ok at this time. I Checked the main control and pressure hose for any leaks or kinks and none found. I recalibrated the machine and that restored operation of all components. I did check the outlet and it is not wired properly and can also be causing issues so I recommended the customer call a certified electrician to find out whats going on with the voltage. Also the drain hose has an extension on it and its too small so needs to have that addressed. But all functions restored after d recalibration. Job completed.

Upon arrival inspected during initial inspection found no noises that were not normal during further inspection with a load of towels in the found that far back against the wall external drain hose is hitting the back of the unit I was able to move the drain hose stop zip tie it to a hose down below to keep it from hitting the back of the unit. Also pull the unit away from the wall a little bit re-tested unit unit is no longer making noise balanced unit with all 4 feet also ran a factory calibration and reprogrammed control board. All operations are normal

I remove the evaporator cover, defrost the evaporator, zip, tied the thermometer to the evaporator. I also verified that there are four screws, holding the evaporator cover in place and use Perma gum to block any airflow from the back of the evaporator cover. I verify that the defrost drain pan was flat in that bowed."

Found first the drain pump fins separated from the pump itself and is the reason for the unit not draining properly. The basket has a lot of play in it so it requires a full rebuild of the tub and basket assembly. The basket is nla. As a result of the play in the basket the front suspension rods are broken. When trying to select a cycle the user interface is not responding properly. Will need all parts ordered and a few of the parts are on back order or nla. Requires autho and we need to know if the parts are still available.
