I called tech line and they recommended checking to see if the thermistor was plugged into the correct location and it was. j15 for the thermistor. I then ran diagnostic to see if the fill hoses were reversed and they were hooked up properly. Also verified in step 8 in diagnostics that the heater connection at the control was sending 117 volts down to the heater. Failed the test. File number is 7741059492. Considering I replaced the control twice and the heater once the next recommendation is to replace the ntc harness. Ordering harness. ; ordrng 1 W11316253 (Harness wire)

Found the Nut that holds pulley came down and the unit is not able to proceed with the cycle. The original nut had no loc tite what so ever. I removed and replaced the cam assembly as well as the actuator. After doing so the unit is able to run through all parts of the cycle without issues. No more abnormal noises coming from the unit. I removed all the error codes stored. Job completed.

"JB OUT 3/3/25Customer states dryer does not dry the clothing. Upon arrival tested dryer in normal dry verified unit heat up and dry. Further inspection finds lint buildup around opening of dryer door indicating restricted exhaust ducting. Exhaust stuck behind dryer goes into the wall. Unable to verify exit from house either on side of house or roof. Recommend customer Remove ducting from wall connection and allow to dry in the garage for one or two wash loads maximum as a test to verify driver is not working. After that, a handyman or contractor will be required to come to the house and drill a 4 inch hole in the wall Just to the left of the dryer to install the exhaust ducting using a proper exhaust vent hood. Dryer is operating normally. No parts used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Ran diagnostics and manually filled washing machine tub with water. Allowed to tumble for three minutes. Manually called for drain operation verified drain pump operates and after about 35 or 40 seconds verified water leak from Drain pipe inside wall behind the wash sink adjacent to the washing machine. Verify washing machine is not leaking at all. Advise customer to contact the qualified plumber for repair. No repair needed to wash machine. No parts used. Job complete.
