I found the freezer evap frozen over again so I removed all drawers and the evap panel. I forced the defrost and the heater hame on with no issues. Heater at 32 ohms. I checked the new one that was send and the same ohms reading. I found the bracket that holds the thermistor loose so I replaced the evaporator assembly again and used a zip tie to secure the bracket and thermistor to the evaporator. I took photos of the process as well. Job completed.

Upon arrival customer stated the unit is shaking to much causing the unit move forward. Check the unit and customer was having some clothes and unit star shaking.
