Sr7735431764 customer concern Items freezing in refrigerator section. Inspected unit and found this is an airflow issue. Customer Is placing items all the way to the back wall of the refrigerator blocking airflow causing items to freeze. Instructed customer not to block any air vents and do not place items on the way to the back wall to avoid items freezing and achieve a better temperature throughout the refrigerator section. Call Whirlpool to document. Unit working as designed job completed.
