Found the unit has several error codes. Most recent is a f3e8. Compressor sensor open. Also has a f2e1 and f6e1 communication error and voltage to the user interface checked ok. Per customer last service stated it is difficult to clean the evaporator screen so they were cut. Not sure who did it but there is a tremendous amount of lint buildup on the evaporator. I took a photo. It needs to be replaced for that reason. Unable to remove and clean. Needs quite a few parts. Found the unit making a knocking noise or tapping. Its definitely not a normal found. I removed the drum and front panel and found the drum seal tweaked when it was installed so the drum is not sitting properly. But also the drum is slightly tweaked itself so will order drum assembly and come back with the pre Id parts as well.
