"Upon arrival, inspected unit, found that the dampener box in the freezer compartment was pulled out a little couldve been causing the fan to rub when it kicked on was able to push it back into place but the unit was not making any noise when I arrived I cannot get the refrigerator to duplicate this noise advise customer that if the noise comes back to record it so we can see what is going on with his unit but the unit is working as intended. Found two issues one the drain pump failed. And reason for the failure to drain error code. I replaced the drain pump and noticed it is now coming on but not drain as it should so I removed the drain hose from the air gap and there was a little debris but not much. I reinstalled all part and now the unit is drain just fine. Job completed.
