"JB OUT 3/11/25Customer states when left rear burner is ignited, all other burners continue to click. Upon arrival verified customers concern. Removed burners and cooktop assembly. Further inspection found newly installed spark switch on the left rear burner valve, not properly aligned, causing ignition issues with other burners. Removed newly installed spark switch from left rear burner valve. Properly reinstalled left rear burner switch onto left burner valve assembly. Tested operation with all five burners. All burners ignite properly and no more clicking after admission. Reassembled and reinstalled cooktop assembly. Tested operation again with customer verified unit now operate as designed. No parts used or needed today. No charge to customer. Job complete"

JB out 3/11/25Customer states using various cycles and clean washer cycle. The washing machine will flood water onto the laundry room floor. Inspected washing machine removed top cover verified fabric softener dispenser ports in wash tub were blocked with fabric softener residue so when the fabric softener dispenser was activated it would fill up and overflow the side of the tub. Properly cleaned and removed blockage from tub ports. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Verified by pouring a picture of water down wash tub ports now open drain all liquid down into the wash tub and do no longer back up and onto the floor. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete.

"One of four gaskets was not in bin.Unit had both french doors gasket badly damaged, see quick pics, Cx agreed to replace them at cost, replaced and formed them to fit and seal correctly to achieve proper cooling in fresh food section, Cx asked to keep old gaskets.inspected all way around to verify complete sealing form, unit should resume cooling at recommended temperatures overnight.Job complete"

Unit not starting cycle. I tested in diagnostic cycle and found that the slider was not engaging with rotor. I removed rotor assy and found that the slider had separated and was not allowing teeth on slider to hit rotor. Removed and replaced slider. All tests good.
