Very professional but when he returned and installed the replacement part that was ordered he didn’t ensure the unit was fixed. It still does not run. When I called and reported this I was told to file another claim with the warranty company.

I have never experienced a more inconvenient situation in my whole life! The scheduling you in & rescheduling with out making sure it works for you schedule is terrible! I was rescheduled twice and was left an AUTOMATED voicemail with their own appt date and time for me, when people are employed it is very much an inconvenience! & the fact that you don’t even get a personal phone call asking when your availability is what definitely not something I agree with!!

I had 2 problems with my refrigerator, one was resolved but in a very expensive way and the other one he guessed what was the problem and wanted to charge me $400 dollar. I was able to resolved the second problem by following some basic steps in a Youtube video.

Took too many times (4) trying to figure out how to fix. Dishwasher worked but had an add salt light on even though it was full. Now the dishwasher isn’t working. It wasn’t hooked back up properly after last part install. We are going to need service again because of this. Also, tech never showed during time slot we were given.

Service was good, but arrival time was not except-able. Dispatch said they called me and left a message on arrival time. No message was left on my phone. I had to call whirlpool to find out what time tech was supposed to arrive. I was told between 9 and 12. When no one arrived by 11:30 I called appliance repair and was told tech was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 4.00. Tech arrived at 4:57. 😡 I had to call Whirlpool again to fix the first problem the first tech didn’t fix. The ice maker.

Was then reimbursed when they discovered parts were under warranty. Also after repair noticed side molding of oven was damaged by technician when he dropped it. Did not offer to replace it at time of repair. Will need him to come back and replace damaged molding.

I just wish your company would have more techs to handle the work load in the Bakersfield area. This would expedite jobs completed to continue to next appointments. With your back load of appointments a week to me is too long to have an appliance worked on. It also appeared there was too much confusion in the office scheduling appointments. Now once the tech arrived he seemed to know what the problem was, after I had explained the problem I was having and immediately addressed the situation. 1st thing, This person when he arrived at my house extended my right hand to greet him and my left hand was covered my mouth at the same time, this man told me “oh no do not touch my hand because you can make me sick”, he not even know if I was sick. 2nd, a week before, another person had come to fix my washing machine, and he landed complaining about the other person, and asking himself what he had done, that he did not do it well, and asked me several times for the name of the person and what kind of work have done. 3rd, I heard him speak to a colleague and started to tell him that he did not know if it was a customer issue or washing machine issue, "He did not check the washing machine and He was already saying in my face that it was possibly my fault" 4th, He told me that the washing machine was unleveled and he told me he was going to level it. he put the water hoses inside the washer and put water on, clean two small things from the washing machine. It was the only thing he did! 5th, When He finished, he told me it was a "plumbing problem and if I return to your home I will charge you". I never had plumbing problems and the washing machine had different problems not related to plumbing. I think this person is not professional! 6th, This man left and I call to make a complaint about him. When I finished my call I returned to my garage and the washing machine was on and with a new code. I hope this man receives customer service classes so he can learns how to treat people.

I have several issues: Tech said repair not approved by AHS warranty, would cost $215 CASH, and couldn't give me a receipt until job was completed. When I called AHS, they hadn't been contacted by repair service or Whirlpool with a diagnosis, so no determination had been made on their end. I have not been able to get explanation on this discrepancy and refund of my 215.00 Plus when part was installed on Friday, the new tech said there's another major issue that will cost approx1K! AHS would probably opt to replace the unit, or they have to pay for the additional repair. I should not have been charged the 215.00 or any additional costs! I am still waiting to hear from them. I have had AHS 10+ years and never had a repair declined where AHS would first explain the reasons TO ME! When Appliance Repair specialist said my repair was declined, AHS had not even heard from them yet. A week after the death of my mother, this is not what I want to be dealing with!!

Customer service was great but the first time the technician came out to fix the washer he forgot to reopen the water valve causing the washer to throw an error, second time he came to look at the washer he “repaired it” and said that it’s washing as it should be, the washer takes around an hour to do a complete cycle which is normal, but after that the washer continues to wash again. The technician didn’t fix anything and now the washer isn’t turning on.

WASHER MAYTAG MVW7232HW0 Customer was concerned of washer not getting enough water. I set the unit in diagnostic and there was a F3E2 code (Pressure System Fault). I checked the unit and I found a restricted pressure switch hose. Cleared hose and ran a Service Diagnostic Test as well a normal wash cycle. Tested ok.
