Tested door switch operation with customer. Unit now shuts off. Every time. Door is opened. Found installer used. Thin foil. Tape ducting. Advise customer, thin foil, ducting poses a potential risk for fire and loss of life. Recommend customer has installer replace existing ducting material with either heavy aluminum or rigid metal. Inspected exhaust vent and found two close to ground partially restricted. Recommend customer replace existing vent hood with a flat louvered type. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"CRAIG-TECHLINE, 86052888, temps not checked sensor check only. Heck elements for functioning. Cant aver temp test. No guide or tech sheet. Allow more time for pre heat. The algorithm is the main determinate. Constant open/closing will cause temps to fluctuate. CX claims the over temps are 25-50* off pre set temps. Turned oven ran to pre set. 350. Per TECHLINE average temp test is not accurate. There is an algorithm that determines the heating of the unit. Unable to off set the temps. Per TECHLINE. Advise to not open the door while baking unless necessary. Pre-heat takes longer than expected. Can not duplicate the issue."
