Ran component activation, test and verified zero detergent in dispenser drawer when no detergent is added brand new out of the box. Added approximately 1/2 of a dispenser drawer with liquid detergent. Ran diagnostics again verified detergent level at 32. Added second half of detergent dispenser drawer now mostly full and ran diagnostics once again detergent level now reading 64. Unit control is now detecting detergent level in the dispenser drawer. Ran diagnostics component, activation, test on detergent pump itself and verified unit pumps detergent in the wash tub on command. Unit is now operating as designed. No charge to customer. Found last visit the unit has a f0e3 error codes stored at and was caused by the cracked slider. This time I ran diagnostic and there is a completely different error code from last time. The new error code is a f8e1. Long fill no fill error. Found the valve failed. So on the original visit the unit had a f0e3 error code and slider was cracked. She stated it worked well for a few load and then the unit would just spin and give a lf error code. This is a completely different is. Please bill out for secondary failure of the valve this time. I replaced the valve and ran a diagnostic cycle and checked ok and also ran a bulky cycle to check for functionality during a normal cycle and it worked. Unit had a bad valve. All functions tested ok after repair. Job completed. ; used 1 W11165546 (Valve) from stock

Customer removed oven from wall installation. Found left hand and right hand anchor screws missing.Remove topped oven cover verified thermal fuse open. Install Replacement thermal fuse. Removed back cover. Inspected thermal cut out. Found operating properly. Install replacement blower assembly and reassemble unit. Reinstalled unit into wall installation. However, left hand and right. Hand anchor screws are missing so the unit is not screwed in place. Advise customer of the screws need to be reinstalled to securely mounted into the wall as a safety precaution per the supplied installation guide from the manufacture. Tested oven and bake mode. Verified unit now heaps. Tested oven in Broil Mode and verified proper operation. Tested self cleaning cycle and verified cooling. Fan is operating quietly and as designed. No charge to customer. Pic of suds provided. Cx states they use one detergent pod per washer regardless of load size. During drain cycle, drain pump was a little quiet and water flow sounded a little slow. Removed and inspected coin catch. There was a twig, lint, and a bra pad inside coin catch. Removed obstructions and retested unit. Drain pump restriction was causing oversuds condition. Unit now draining properly and functioning as designed with no functional failures. Job complete."

During the breakdown of the repair I know is that the red wire that jumped from the motor to the heating side of the dryer was not locked into place. I snapped the wire back into the mocks and confirm that we had a tight connection at the motor. I took on the wire assembly to make sure they were all tight And then I zip tied them so they will not break apart. I ran the dryer and it started to heat.

Removed refrigerator compartment ceiling cover to expose water valve and found that Molex connector for water dispenser valve had backed out and disconnected. Properly reinstall Molex connector to water dispenser water valve. Tested operation. Verified water dispenser operation restored. Reassembled unit and tested again with customer. Customer is on a 50 amp breaker the 10 A coming from the appliance should not blow the 50 amp breaker. Unit is functioning as designed by the manufacturer.

"JB OUT 2/14/25Customer states freezer door will not shut or seal properly and frost is building on packages in the freezer. Upon arrival verified customers concern. Further inspection Finds that the freezer compartment door upper hinge screws were loose and the door is out of alignment. Properly adjusted upper freezer compartment, door hinge and properly tightened. Also adjusted cabinet level so the doors will close properly. Tested operation with customer door now operates smoothly and closes and seals properly. Recommend customer clean condenser coils. Several times a year for better. Energy efficiency. No parts needed or used. No charge to customer. Job complete."

Check the resistance at the control board for the pump assembly and is 7.3 ohms. This is check right, run a test and the voltage is coming out for the pump 116 ACV, but pump isnt working.
