The venting system checked ok. Job completed.

"Customer states the unit has not been cooling correctly, the lights have been off in the unit and the refrigerant valve is actuating excessively. Called WPTS and explained what I was finding and what the customers issues are. WPTS (Garett) feels there is a communication issue causing this. They have stated the DC board, the UI , the deli UI. Are all suspect. He recommended disconnecting the deli UI to see if the problem stops. The unit failed while the UI was disconnected . Plugged the deli UI back in and found later the water would not dispense(ice was ok) until T power was cycled to the unit . The second time I called WPTS they felt that this IS a dc issue that causes com failures. We have tested multiple dc components but could not get the unit to fail. Before I called WPTS the first time the unit began to fail when I started test 3 step 2 (FC EVap fan) . WPTS has had me disconnect the emitter receiver connection to the dispenser UI. They suspect the FC evaporator fan might be the issue.; ordrng 1 W11575358 (Evaporator fan + harness)"

"Customer stated that unit was making noise and not finishing cycle. This time I found that with weight and tight belt, the gearcase makes a squeaking sound with weight in it on spin due to dry seal on gearcase assy. During diagnostic Im also finding that the cycle will end when drain and spin is selected right after sensing the load. Main control is not seeing the basket movement or dry seal is causing board to think too much is in washer. Unit has flooded bottom floor of house. I tested unit and found that who ever installed product installed the drain hose in the wrong location and damaged the hose that goes to vac break on side of dishwasher. Installation even left one of the hose seals lying on the ground. Ordering hose that was crushed by installer to fit into drain hose that wasnt designed to fit.
