Found the unit had several error messages stored. The most recent being an issue with the doors being left open in the freezer refrigerator and pantry compartment respectively. But the customer is certain that the doors have been closed. I checked to see if it was possible defrost water coming out but none found. I did find an update for the control that resolves all the issues that were on the fault section. The update was successful. All functions tested ok after update. Job completed.

Found the unit has no error code stored at this time but the customer did have examples of what was happening to the unit. The unit will remain locked and leave the clothes in the unit with the drain pump off and spinning slightly keep in mind with the unit off. Second the customer is saying the unit is shaking while spinning but unable to verify.

Found the noise coming from the condenser being loose and rattling. I added insulation to the condenser and the panel right above it and now the noise is gone no matter what I do. All functions tested ok after repair. This is a completely different issue than last time with the water leak. That was resolved and this is a new issue. Job completed.
