"Upon arrival, inspected unit, found that the unit was making a rumbling noise inspected the bearings and wheels. It was the noise did not show me any indication. That it was a bearing issue sounded more like a blower fan issue. Inspected the blower fan found a big ball of heavy lint inside the blower wheel removed the length turn the unit back on in the unit was making no more noise. Advise customer to make sure they keep the link catch clean and vacuum in that area whenever they get the chance unit is working as intended job complete"

Found the condenser coils plugged and the rear cover plugged with lint dust and hair. Unit cooling better after repair. Instructed customer to give it 24hrs to get back to normal cooling and for ice production to start. Unit ok after repair.
