The basket has become stuck under the rear support and pushed on the back panel hard enough to tear the metal (see pic) . Checked for faults and found a 0-2 ( oversuds) and a 0-5 ( OOB load) . Pulled the basket off of the back bracket and inspected the suspension. The suspension checks ok. Ran a spin cycle and found the unit does not get off balance . The belt guard looks like it has been hitting the floor. Raised unit up to avoid this told customer that they need to use only about 2 tablespoons of he detergent and to make sure the unit is not overloaded or the load can become unbalanced.
