Inspected washing machine removed top cover verified fabric softener dispenser ports in wash tub were blocked with fabric softener residue so when the fabric softener dispenser was activated it would fill up and overflow the side of the tub. Properly cleaned and removed blockage from tub ports. Reassembled unit and tested operation. Verified by pouring a picture of water down wash tub ports now open drain all liquid down into the wash tub and do no longer back up and onto the floor. No parts needed or used. "Unit is not starting. I found broken wire to drain pump not allowing unit to drain and start cycle. I drained water and tested and also found that the suspension rods are bad causing basket to bounce. I also found that the tub seal on transmission has failed and allowing water to wash out bearings and damage actuator. Agitator is also seized and will need to be broken off. Ordering transmission, belt, cam, suspension and agitator. Will use harness and actuator on return. Needs autho. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11510461 (Washplate) and 1 W11396716 (Supension) and 1 W11449840 (Gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"
