"Inspected the microwave door switch mechanism and found that the actuator is not making contact with the first door switch which is causing the microwave to thi the door is open when it is fully closed, removed the mechanism and inspected and see no visible defects, reinstalled and tested again l, the problem is still present, no adjustments are available, switch mechanism housing is fully secured down and in its correct location. The problem is still present, contacted techline to report, techline is attempting to say that the customers cabinets are the issue and it has to be an installation problem. I advised techline that I do not see how that is possible, with what Im seeing its the microwave mechanism or door that is causing the issue. Customer agrees with GR and is going to contact customer service to file a complaint. Sr#7736791706GR determines the microwave is defective"

Selected bulky wash cycle and observe the washing machine. Leaking from drain hose connection behind washer. Remove the drain hose and reinstalled properly. Aligning clamp. Tested washer again in Bulky wash cycle. Verify unit no longer leaks water. Allowed unit to fill and agitate. Verified no water leak. Cancel cycle and tested in. Drain and spin. Observed washing machine properly. Drain and reach. Proper spin speed.water leak has been corrected. No parts used . No charge to customer."
