"JB out 1/30/23. Upon Arrival found upper spray arm disconnected from bottom of rack, sitting in the silverware basket. Customer states the unit leaves the detergent tablet not dissolve and dishes are not drying. Reinstalled spray arm and ran Normal cycle. Found water being supplied to unit is far below the required 120f as outlined in the supplied installation instructions supplied by Whirlpool. Verified all three spray arms are turning properly. Dishwasher is operas designed but water supplied is not hot enough. Recommend installation and use of a Point of use hot water heater located under the kitchen sink in order to insure the dishwasher receives water no less than 120f. No parts needed. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE"

Customer had some clothes damaged from bleach when bleach was not being used. Inspected the bleach cup and tub ring. No bleach buildup found in either location. Customer has issues with soap still being present with the clothes after completion of a cycle. Advised customer to use the bulky items cycle for the maximum amount of water allowed. There may be bleach residue present along inside of the outer tub which May being causing bleach spots to occur. Ran the bulky items cycle with hot water to eliminate any residue that may be present in the tub. Customer will advise if the problem continues. Unit is functioning as designed.
