Found the unit has a very poor frost pattern so I gained access to the compressor and condenser compartment cause there were no signs of leaking from the evaporator. I found the leak coming from a lock ring fitting on the inlet of condenser. Will order and replace condenser as well as the filter drier. Customer is very upset cause the installers scratched the floor while installing. I took photos of the scratches and the water leaking from the failed cooling of the refrigerator. I gave the customer the customer service number for Frigidaire. Rescheduling for soonest available date.
