Unit is not having any cooling issues. There is still a lot of dye under the unit from the original call. Its in places that cant get cleaned. I did my best to wipe most of it up. Cx said they will be relocating the refrigerator and replacing it soon.

"Found most light off. Another company had worked on freezers light and busted harness. Had to fish wires out in accordance with customer, and got all lights restored.

Customer stated that the unit wasnt cooling properly and ice maker not dispensing. I found stuck cubes in auger causing no ice at dispenser. I cleared auger. Tested dispenser. All tests good. Temps were perfect at 0 in FC and 37 in RC. All tests good.

Touch pad not working on unit. Found unit unable to be repaired. Model number is not showing up on Marcon or service matters. Unit is a complete replacement unit. Send customer new microwave.

Removed and replaced controls and valve. Tested unit. All ops checked good

"Customer states that he has to run a drain and spin after most cycles. Customer states that they only do small loads, I advised the customer that when doing small loads if the clothes of off balance then the wash cycle will stop. I advised the customer that this is a common occurrence and doing larger loads should prevent this from happening. I Replaced the drain pump and actuator. Ran calibration and diagnostics. Found unit not making ice. Found icemaker faulted. Unplugged unit and installed icemaker. Tested. Unit is working properly. Customer approves function. At this time.

Pulled oven out replaced the console tested operating ok now at this time

Informed cx to ensure when doing cycles that spin is on or clothes will come out wet at the end of cycles. All operations test normal. Job complete

Removed and replaced heater tested all works good at this time. Core for 27566478 not obtained because Core is destroyed.

Found frozenfill tube to icemaker. Defrosted tube. All ops now checking ok.

Customer states when selecting Timer, the feature does not always enable additionally, when using oven, display will read place food in oven, and this display is still on after placing food in oven. "Defrosted the buildup of ice under the drawer assembly. Inspected the drain extension and found that rust is accumulated and blocked the drain extension, causing water to overflow into the freezer compartment and freeze under the drawer. After time drawer is unable to open or close correctly. Unclogged the extension. Due to the rust being present this is a non repairable issue. Advising that this unit be replaced due to the rust that will continue to block the extension."

Found the unit having issues with door not sensing closed. Removed and replaced latch. Tested unit. All ops checked good

Customer stated that the drum is not turning. Found broken belt and stuck roller. Removed and replaced roller and belt with dryer repair kit. Tested all works good at this time.; used 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock

"Replaced heating element, ran timed dry cycle, unit heating & operating as designed"

"JB out 2/10/23. Customer states unit has leaked a small amount of water on the floor. Found unit unplugged on arrival. Plugged unit in an found unit wont run. Ran diagnostics and extracted 1 error code indicating water detected in drip pan. Cleared code. Removed drip pan and found dried detergent in pan and on bottom of float. Washed off detergent residue from both and reinstalled. Found customer using Cascade 3X concentrated detergent. Advised customer to discontinue use of and detergent that is concentrated and NOT to select detergent brand with X on the bottle. Too much or highly concentrated detergent will create suds that overflow the front edge of dishwasher and run down into the drip tray. Also advised customer the water being supplied to the dishwasher Is nearly warm. Far below the required minimum temperature of 120f, supplied by the house water heater. Recommend the installation of a Point of use water heater to be located under the kitchen sink set to 125f. This will insure the dishwasher washes and drys properly (when liquid rinse aid is used in the dispenser). No parts used. Advised of one time no charge on a no defect found service visit.JOB COMPLETE"

"Upon arrival cx stated unit doing same thing, found water in the float switch preventing cycles. Removed water and retested unit on bot diagnostic cycle and express wash with a pod in it. All operations test normal. Throughout both cycles I found no water leaking from any point on the machine. Informed cx once again to ensure no one is adding any extra soap to wash or dishes prior to putting them in as well as to make sure to only use 1 pod at a time. All ops test normal. Job complete"

After replacing the panel that restored all operation of the washer. The unit was able to go into diagnostics and all functions tested properly. Job completed.

A screw was missing from the right rear rack support. Water was leaking through the hole. Inserted a new screw into the support and tested for leaks. No more leaks at this time

Found washer with bad door latch replaced retested check out ok complete no dents or dings cause by tech per customer rent a center responsible for service part and labor.

"On arrival Cx states unit not heating, tested and found weird supply voltage to unit. 240v on L2 to ground and to neutral. Neutral to ground is 120v. L1 to ground is 115v. L1 to neutral is 120, L1 to L2 is 120. L2 to neutral is 240v. Cx needs an electrician, irrationally supply voltage to unit."

Found the main brass fitting for the gas supply not tightened down. Tightened down fully. Verified no more gas leak. Tested after repair all ok.

Found oven not powering up found bad control board part no longer available complete no dents or dings cause by tech.

Replaced capacitor all tested good

Install the new control panel on freezer thermistor
