JB out 7/19/23. Customer stated FF seal is coming off at bottom of door and water dispenser works intermittently. Upon arrival verified seal pulled out of mounting. Channel in due to being sticky. Reinstalled gasket into door channel and advised customer to wash clean the door seal and metal door frame. Gasket if allowed to get sticky will pull out again and may crack and need replacement that would not be covered by any warranty. Suggest condenser coils be cleaned every Three months for the life of the product. Found both refrigerator and freezer compartments severely overloaded causing cold air to migrate downward and intermittently freeze the water reservoir preventing water flow from dispenser. Dispenser is operating but water is very cold. Recommend food and packages stored in both sections be greatly reduced to allow proper air flow and circulation. No parts used. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE

"JB out 7/19/23. Customer states items in the FF section freeze. Found condenser coils blocked Ice chute door seal (under ice box) mis aligned. . Unit not leveled properly. Adjusted cabinet level so doors close properly. Aligned ice chute door seal to prevent lower temperature air from ice box from leaking into the FF section. Recommend customer remove toe panel grill EVERY 3 MONTHS to vacuum and brush clean condenser coils. This will allow the refrigerator to run less, work less hard, consume less electricity and better regulate temperatures in both sections. Advise customer against storing tall or large items in front of air grill blocking cold air entering the refrigerator section from the ice box. No parts needed. No charge to customer.JOB COMPLETE"

"Upon arrival, inspected unit, found that during installation, they used a union fitting to put into the gas valve, which is why it was leaking. That is not the correct part to use. They need to use a coupler that has more threads so we can tighten down and seal. I notified the customer and let them know that this is a installation issue. I left the unit unplugged and gas line disconnected with the gas off the job complete"
