Found the unit has one error code stored. The error is a f0e5 off balance load detected. So I ran a suspension test and the test failed. The unit is not supposed to bounce during the test but it did. I replaced all parts of the suspension kit and verified operation in diagnostics. I ran a recalibration and a diagnostic cycle and all checked good after repair. Job completed.
