"The customer reports when using the bake function, at times the unit does not pre heat properly, when it does, at times the temperature is off, the screen would show a certain temperature, but the temperature inside the oven is lower. Ran a bake cycle, the unit pre heated properly, allowed the unit to cycle on and off several times. Unable to replicate any gas leaks, had a gas detector on throughout the service call. Recommend customer remove toe panel grill every 2 to 3 months for the life of the product and vacuum/brush the condenser coils clean to maintain high energy efficiency standards no charge to customer. "JB out 3/7/23. Installed replacement thermostat WE04X10190. Reassembled unit and tested operation with customer. Unit now heats and operates as designed. Advise customer one time courtesy no charge and that customer has been explained that the exhaust ducting has been installed incorrectly and is restricted and will cause the thermostat to fail again and it will not be covered by the manufactures warranty if the restriction has not been corrected. The vent hood is installed too close to the ground, causing restriction, preventing heat and moisture from freely, escaping the dryer to the outside of the house. Additionally, the installer has used a thin foil type ducting material which poses a potential risk for fire and loss of life. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to correct both of these installation deficiencies and remove the potential fire hazard risk. No charge for todays services job complete."

"F10e1. F6e6. F6e1. F3e3. Cleared the error codes, ran diagnostics, the units wash motor is not pumping properly, the spray arms are hardly moving. The customer reports when the rinse aid compartment is filled, it only takes a couple of days for it to empty out. The sump and motor assembly, and dispenser need to be replaced. Provided an estimate to the customer, they decline the repair, will replace the unit instead. Charged for the service call fee on the second appliance at home ( refrigerator)."
