"Customer is experiencing problems caused by poor water pressure and or flow. The last visit I was out there, the water to the whole home had to be shut off because the valve behind the unit would not close. When water pressure was restored I showed the customer how low the flow is. (See picture)They have had IM issues, low water flow from the water dispenser and now a valve that did not seat creating a ice fall in the FC. I have explained each time that these issues are because of supply pressure issues . The customer seems to feel there is something wrong with the product and I cannot figure out what. Called WPTS(7736019804) to document. A supervisor will be need to be sent if recalled."

"3/15/23 I replaced the capacitor ( faulty, 00 microspheres). The customer called, stating, the washer filled with water and displayed end of cycle. Factory installed the incorrect actuator. Correct part #W11481722. I initiated a wash cycle. Stay there for 30 minutes to confirm if washer was working correctly. Operation tested as designed. No leaks.; used 1 W11481722 ( Actuator) from stock"
