F5E3 present. Unit was stuck in a fault code display. I cycled power to the unit for 30 seconds and was able to get into diagnostics. here I found that the lid lock was not actually having an issue. I ran a normal cycle and the unit started up just fine after the power cycle. And then ran the drain and spin and it ran fine as well. Issue seems to be resolved. If called back send out with a control board.

Found the unit has a f7e6 motor fault. The motor is actually ok the problem is the actuator arm broken so when in agitation because the arm is broken it thanks the motor is bad and not the actuator. "FREEZER NOT COOLING AND ICE IS MELTING: Customer states the unit will stop cooling the ice will melt. They say that the filter freezes and bursts. There is a lot of water in the RC. Currently the FC is cooling. The customer states the unit will need to be disconnected to try and resume cooling. The unit will start cooling again but it does not sound like there is a 100% correlation with this. There is frost on the ducting which makes me feel the sealed system is ok. There are items completely blocking the RC thermistor. INFORMED CUSTOMER THAT ITEMS CAN NOT EXTEND PAST THE BACK SHELF, BLOCK OR DIVERT AIR COMING INTO THE FRIDGE OR BLOCK THE THERMISTOR . Everything checks ok in service mode and there are no displayed faults. Customer states the unit is silent when the FC is thawing. Since this all checks ok and it is an intermittent issue I believe controls are needed.; ordrng 1 5304534552 (Control) and 1 5304533234 (UI)"

DOOR CROOKED PER PEX TEAM UPON DELIVERY Customer states the door is crooked cand the unit is not attached. The entire unit is not flush with the cabinets(see pics). The back wheels of the unit is sitting on layered corrugated cardboard and the front leveling legs are on the wood panel floor because the wood panel flooring does not continue under the unit (see pictures) . The unit has never been secured to the cabinet. There is no way to do this because the unit can not be pushed back any farther to secure the unit to the cabinet (see pics) Called WPTS (7741588909) and documented . The reason the door is crooked is because unit is installed on layers of cardboard. A supervisor will need to contact this customer so they can get a complete picture as to what is happening here. ; saved tckt
