Checked the actuator and found it operating as designed. Ran unit on spin and found it performing normally. Unit is connected to a grounded polarized outlet (118vac). Called WPTS and spoke with them. They asked me a few questions and had me do a few tests. They feel it is probably usage either the particular load or the amount of detergent used. (This unit is not an ‘he’ unit) Ran the unit on a medium wash level cool normal wash.

Also while in diagnostic I found that the thermistors are reading off due to old software on main control. Unit also needs main control with newest software version. I put unit into diagnostic test mode and found that the computer thinks bi-metal is opening and closing randomly. Need to replace main control and evap fan with harness to be sure to correct issue.
