Customer had no issues with temp alarm when door switch was taped. Untaped switch and tested. Unit gave over temperature alarm immediately upon opening door after switch had been untaped. During the course of resetting temp alarm cooling was turned off. Had to reset the unit three times to get Cooling to turn on. It looks as though the door switch is intermittently shorting. Need to replace faulty control and door switch.
