For not spinning clothes, I found that the unit is installed in a pan and the ridges on the pan are too high causing cabinet not to be level. Instruct customer or correct installation issues. Found the 5/16 line going into valve cracked. There was enough slack that I was able to cut the affected area out and reconnect. After doing so water no is dispensing and ice ice also receiving water. No more leaks found. All functions tested properly job completed.

"Unit is not cooling from top and bottom you can hear starter trying to start but doesnt tested wire harness from starter and giving 120 ac proper voltage but as for compressor windings not giving proper ohms, unit will require a seal system repair with starter and capacitor.
