Upon arrival customer had two complaints. First complaint was the motor was making a humming noise as the unit agitated. Second complaint was unit was not draining properly. Took an ohm reading off of the drain pump motor and found it out of range. Removed and replaced drain pump and tested unit. Customer still complaining about how hum when unit is agitating. Called tech-support and spoke with Andy, ran unit through high-speed and low-speed agitation, high-speed and low-speed spin, ran test 51 to ensure unit is operating properly. Unit functioning normal with no abnormal noises. Tech-support pointed me to use and care guide page for the bottom right-hand corner says normal noises you can expect: It says at various stages well the agitator is moving you will hear a humming and a whirling noise is this is expected and normal. Unit functions normal please inform customer of COD charges if called back out for same reason; used 1 WPW10581874 (PUMP)

Light does not come on immediately when door is opened. Unit is not heating. Replaced switch and interlocks. Light is now responsive but the unit is not heating. Diode was broken while attempting to remove to test the capacitor. Replaced with pre ID part. Protective cover for the high voltage Line to the capacitor is frayed and the wire seems soft like it is about to break. The capacitor is not measuring correctly and needs to be replaced. . Unit needs a cap and transformer and potentially the magnetron.; ordrng 1 W10836753 (transformr) and 1 W10850446 (capactr-mg), Dropped microwave to access high voltage components. Checked components and found the check ok but the microwave does not heat. Found 120vac at the transformer unit is loud but does not heat. Replaced magnetron and tested.
