Contacted tech line on first visit spoke to Andrew and we were trying to figure it out but didn’t have much to go on. Called tech line again today to see if I can get more technical data on unit which I was not able to do. I am unable to access component activation to fully troubleshoot unit. Explained to cx that the floor is sinking behind fridge causing box to not sit even with floor causing mis aligned doors. "Unit had a ordeal where there was an small gas ignition underneath the cook top where the valves and orifices are pulled the top up and out-of-the-way to see if there was any kind of leaks internal of the machine did not find any loose gas connector or any gas leaking through the valve when it happened the right rear burner was on only inspected the connection of the gas valves and tube connector all good, went below the cook top to turn on power heard a hiss sound turned gas ball valve off the hissing stopped , got soap bubbles and saturated the ball valve and connectors to it found that had a leak at the ball valve . Advise customer to have their gas valve changed out for their house or in this case the outdoor Island connector Henry check for leaks after that part is changed out , everything should be just fine found no issues with the gas cooktop at this time"

Found no cool at all checked the frost and there was tiny bit of frost to the cap tube side on evap. Cleared restriction from previous repair. Sweat off the drier from the steel line to run charge thru evap and Yoder loop Freon flowed freely. Reinstalled drier and blew charge into unit. Pushed back evap and the suction line collapsed. Too close to the liner. If I pull it out it will damage line or liner. Unable to repair. Documented with JK 7723108820 non-repairable
