MISSING / REPLACE PARTS:SMALL OVEN REGULATOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED; Tested oven and found it ignites and heats. Asked the customer what the issue with the smaller oven is. The customer states the smaller oven does not reach the temperature of 400f or higher. They stated that this has happened before under warranty and the sensor was replaced*. She is judging this by pies not cooking correctly and baked potatos cooking over an hour and it was not done . After attempting the pie she did not use it again Started a 500f bake cycle and watched the oven preheat. The display showed that the set temp was reached. My thermocouple showed a high of 380 after about 20 minutes after preheating. Unit will need a sensor and second person to help with moving the appliance.; ordrng 1 WB21X22134 (Sensor)

"NOT WORKING; Customer states the IM was not working in this REFRIGERATOR, someone replaced a part, the IM worked for a bit then stopped. Checked IM and found the thermostat closed, water in the mold (and in the IM ahead as well) and incorrect voltage readings. I was able to get 120 vac for a few seconds when I went from L to the LH upper hinge. Only partial voltage was measured at any of the other IM test points.
