Call John Perry at tech-support and this failure does not make sense. There is no control board on this unit there is no shared circuit between the front two burners. Each switch is on individual circuit. The only thing shared by these two circuits is incoming power supply. As advised by John Perry at GE tech-support customer needs to have unit separated from oven. Incoming power supply has both cooktop and oven piggybacked on one power supply. First course of action is units need to be split before any repair can be made or any proper diagnostic can be made

Customers issue is that food in the freezer is thawing out. Upon arrival found thermostat was turned way down. Corrected that issue I then pulled the refrigerator out To access compressor. Check the windings on the compressor everything is good there notice the wire harness going into the run capacitor what’s the wire nutted together to me it look like there was a burnt wire. I dumped the charge in the system and put a system in the vacuum and recharged with refrigerant. All pressures checked out good. Ordering parts listed so customer has no more issues. Low ice production per customer unit has had prior repair history per customer we are about the 4th company out ice maker and other components have been replace multiple times. per techline, unit is designed to produce 2.5 pounds of ice in 24 hrs in the last 12 unit has produced about 1 pound. I let them know about the concern and that during test 58 for ice maker, an Er appeared on the screen the first time I ran the test they indicated that can happen and that it’s normal to some times get that. At this time not moving forward with any part replacements. Unit working as designed.
