Cx states hearing weird noises from unit and start button is loose. Removed control panel. Repositioned start button in correct place. Ran diagnostics. Got no error codes. Tested unit in cycles test unit function one’d as designed. No out of normal noises. Ran high speed spin and heavy agaitate in manual mode. No noise out of norm. Informed cx that unit is operating as designed. Instructed cx if they are hearing noises again to record noise and give us a call. No dents dings or scratches caused by tech.

Installed metal tape and slowed down air to fridge. Instructed cx to keep all food away from back wall of freezer to allow proper airflow and not build up ice. Cx states that the water is leaking down but i5s a few drips from the air return nothing is pouring down. Cx also claims to have smelled a burning smell removed all covers and inspected all wires in fridge and behind unit I don’t smell any burning smell all wires look intact and no discoloration to be found.
