I turned the water off Found water supply hose was cross threaded. Corrected that issue also slid drain hose and drain pump So he had a more secure your seal and then clamped it down. "According to the customer dishwasher Is not heating the water enough. Set unit in diagnostic and found and F7E1 code (No heat) and a F4E3 code (Motor not running), Motor is running now was replaced on 10/24/18. Manually removed both codes from the memory. Ran the diagnostic again and everything is working properly. I ohm out the element and it has 9 ohms, control is sending 129VAC to the element and is pulling in between 7 to 8 AMPS. Also unit is connected to a tank less water heater basically heat up the water instantly. Everything indicated that the dishwasher is supposed to be working fine. Customer very upset about this issue, everything in this kitchen is a high end KitchenAid products, customer is requesting from KitchenAid to replace the dishwasher due too many service calls done."

Unit not cooling in RC. I found frozen over RC evaporator causing airflow issue in RC. Found out of range Thermistor and main control not reading ambient temp properly. Unit needs main control and evaporator harness. Removed and replaced harness and control. Tested all works good at this time.

Upon arrival I Entered washer into diagnostics received it F1E1 code and also F3E1 Error code. Dealing with control board and drain pump. Called techline and advice to installed kit W10878992 and replace freezer thermistor. Ordered parts. Pulled unit out and removed control boar. Installed new board and UI panel. Plugged unit on and pushed back in place. Unit is now working as design.
