Found this is a completely different issue from last visit. Last visit the unit was not starting a cycle. The cycle is starting but is failing during the cycle. The are new issues that arised. First the drain stem is backing up causing a leak. Customer is now aware that its not the washer. Second the unit has a f0e3 error code. It turns out the basket it not turning freely and getting hung up causing the error code. There are also two other codes. F0e4 speed limited by water temp. And a f3e2 the sensor on the water valve is bad. Will need to order completely different parts because its a completely different problem from last time.
