Contacted Tebor SR 7723534790 and discussed, this is most likely caused by the prior pump failure, where the control disabled heater due to lack of circulation. Put unit in auto test mode and instructed cx to let run till complete, then test the cycle"

Found microwave door not opening and closing properly. Makes a pop noise. ChFound did out door and found screw loose causing issues on left side hinge. Tightened and secured. Customer concerned now with how far the door comes down. Explained to customer that it was how it’s designed and I couldn’t change it

Checked the unit out do to no cool situation. Running temps when I got there weren’t bad in the fridge. A little high in the freezer. Full frost pattern. Went into test mode and checked thermistors and freezer temp reads high. Went back into regular running ops and the start device would not come back on. Compressor was running fine right before entering test mode. Need to order start device ; ordrng 1 WPW10197428 (start relay) and 1 WPW10662129 (capacitor)

Upon arrival I I pulled unit out and tested again sounds like unit has bad regulator removed and replaced regulator tested unit again and unit is still igniting then turns off. I removed back panel to access spark module. And found compositor on spark module control was broken off causing the problem. I removed and replaced spark module control and tested unit. Unit is now igniting and is staying lit unit is functioning normal at this time of of service.
