New washer repair

Washer had not worked correctly since bought. Constantly jumped and moved. Clothes so wrinked, even dryer didn't unwrinke. Finally moved around so much it wouldn't shut off. First tech said I was loading wrong. Here for 5 mins and left. Finally Izzie serviced and determined tub off balance and leaking. After repair (took a while for parts), washer is much better. Still wrinkles horribly, which seems to be what this washer does. Wish I knew before I bought

Randy did what he was dispatched to do and that was to replace a valve in the water/ice dispenser. Water/ice dispenser is still leaking, valve replacement did not work. Seems be design flaw. I did not rate cost/pricing because refrigerator is under warranty.

Overall good service. However, the biggest flaw was that we scheduled for an 8-11 appointment and as the date got closer it kept getting pushed all the way to the day of, resulting in a 330 appointment.

Service charge applicable again if re-repair is required within 30 days of original call, not 30 days from day of repair. Great experience I have one recommendation. Stock your vans with common items. I needed new washing machine hoses. I needed to run into town to get them and by doing so I ran the risk of the repair man finishing the repair and leaving before i got back. I could install the hoses, but he needed to have the hoses before he could program the machine.

On arrival Kenneth Moore seemed knowledgeable about our whirlpool refrigerator and diagnosed the freezer issue. On return visit he replaced parts he had ordered. He took the freezer door off and replaced wire harness and sliding tracks. We were not asked to inspect the repair, just to sign the work order. After he left we noticed the left side of freezer door is not parallel from top to bottom and protrudes beyond upper door on left side. We called dispatch to request he come back to check it for us. He looked at it, said it was within tolerance and not adjustable at all. This was not acceptable to us as it was not that way before he did the repair. He made no attempt to adjust anything and abruptly said he would order a new track as he hurriedly returned to his truck. He said they would contact us when the replacement track came in. He appeared upset that he was called back to look at his work. We called to let scheduling know we would be unavailable next week, only to find our work order closed and that he did Not order the part. We had to open another repair order and get the part ordered and scheduled. We are requesting a different technician to complete the repair. We have pictures of the freezer door and seal if that would be helpful.

The service tech who came to our house rates six stars: friendly, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, you name it. The only reason I rated the overall experience at four stars is because I thought the office could have communicated better. We were told we would receive a confirming call the day before our appointment to give us the time window for the next day. When we hadn’t received a call by 4:30, I called the office to make sure we were still on the schedule. This is a small point, and should not overshadow the terrific service tech. Give that man a raise!

The lead time to initially come out for repair was longer then expected. But I understood, I work in an industry where the lead times are not necessarily under my control. So I understood. However after waiting for the replacement part for a while, the repair man arrived, only to identify that he has the wrong replacement part. So we had to reschedule the repair. Then after a week of waiting I was notified that I needed to be rescheduled because the tech was out sick, and then we had to wait even longer for a rescheduled date because the company had training for the repairmen. So then we were rescheduled again!!!! So all together we were scheduled four times for a 30 minute repair! So finally we received confirmation that the repair to install the new part for the oven was going to happen! Upon his arrival, he said the replacement part is damaged. He said it was “bent”, I had him install the part anyways because we’ve been without an oven for three weeks now. I asked him if he can just get the oven working for now and come back with a new undamaged replacement part, and he refused to do that. This process has been a pain in the ass and customer service is horrible. The repair person was very rude and unaccommodating. If I didn’t accept the currently installed damaged equipment, we would have been rescheduled a 5th time. Taking into consideration how many times we’ve been rescheduled, you would think that your serviceman would have been a little more understanding and accommodating. I’ve never experienced that level of insensitivity.

FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 Pulled out unit turn off power remove and replace door turn power back on put unit back where it belongs previous tech stripped out screws for top hinge cannot be removed if you get a call back to adjust door please send with screws also assembly diffuser is making noise if you get a callback should probably send with that part as well As of now fridge works as designed
