The unit is under extended warranty so no changes for the service. The customers complaint is the unit not starting a cycle. The unit has a f7e1 error code stored. The bearing on the transmission is getting locked up preventing the basket from spinning freely. Once I freed it up I was able to run a full diagnostic cycle and checked all components. During the diagnostic cycle I found the bearing on the gearcase is bad. The belt is slipping. The wash plate is stuck and needs to be broken off. The cam assembly is warped as well. Will need all parts for repair.
