"JB 6/1/24.Customer states new install washing machine will power on, but will not start and will not wash. Upon arrival verified unit powers up and will not accept command to start wash cycle. Installed General Electric Smart school diagnostic tool verified 3F codes. F6 7×1 inverter fault , F4 3×1 inverter fault and F 31×1 inactive out of balance, fallback, and final spin. "JB Out 6/1/24Customer states items stored in the freezer are not freezing solidly and the icemaker production is very slow maybe one batch per day. Upon arrival, diagnostics and verified evaporator fan motor in freezer compartment has failed. Install replacement motor evaporator harness assembly W11661931 as pre-ID and sent to me. Verified brand new out of the box part has fan motor failure. Fan does not run.
