Unit is not cooling in RC. I put unit into diagnostic cycle and found that the board was reading the heater circuit was open. I went to heater and checked evap harness for continuity and it was good. I removed harness in control panel and found the pin inside the connector for the defrost circuit was bent and not making contact. I corrected pin inside connector. Re ran diagnostic cycle and heater is now working normally. Customer will unplug unit to finish defrosting evap. All tests good.

THIS IS NOT A RECALL PLEASE REBILL. UNITS PROBLEM ITS LEAKING. Cycled unit through tests cycle and found unit leaking by drain hose. Clamp has slipped off causing it to leak when it goes into drain. Safely repositioned hose snd secure clamp to hose and cabinet. Retested unit through test cycle and it passed all tests with no leaks. Job complete

Removed and replace thermistor with proper thermistor. Cx also states freezer light is out. Informed cx that bulbs are not covered under warranty and he would have to purchase a bulb. Cx stated he already did and it’s still not working. To show cx that he needed the correct bulb I removed the bulb from the fridge section and installed it on the freezer side and bulb lit right up. Cx approves repair. No dents dings or scratches caused by tech.
