At the time of program the new User Interface to accept the model number the User Interface don’t was accepting commands to scroll down to the right model. Contacted the tech line and after try to change the model number though the diagnostic mode there is no way to do it. He suggested to unplug the User Interface from the control and reconnected again, but still not accepting the command. I contacted the tech line again and the technician contacted the engineer department and they said that in old models all that you have to do was to remove the battery out of the User Interface to resetting, but not in this one, looks like the control took possession of the new User Interface. Tech line suggested at this point to order a new User Interface.; ordrng 1 W11236899 (CONSOLE )"

Customer stated they smell gas. Checked 7nit out and the ignitor glows doesn’t allow the gas to come in to ignite. I personally don’t smell gas. Safety valve may have let a little in will order ignitor and safety valve ; ordrng 1 W10918546 (igntr-oven) and 1 WP98014893 (valve-gas)
