Cx states she heard a loud popping inside oven and thinks she smelled an electrical smell.Tech found no lingering odor of burning electrical or other smells that were unusual. Tech ran broil up to 550° and microwave at same time for 5 min and all ops are normal. Explained to cx about temp calibration and extending preheat timer for better baking performance.
