"JB out 6/15/24Customer states front left burner does not ignite. Also, the baking drawer is off track. Instruct customer against use of caustic oven spray cleaners in this oven. Recommend use of distilled water when using the aqua sense feature. Properly reinstalled baking drawer into track and it slides in and out properly now. Removed left burner head assembly. Found burner orifice blocked. Cleaned burner orifice and reassembled burner. Tested all five burners, now all five burners operating properly. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job"
