"Front burners are not lighting and having uneven flames. I found failed burner heads and caps causing the issue. Unit needs new burners and caps. Customer also showed me where the cast iron grates have cracked, I called trade partners to see if the grates would be covered by warranty. They told me the grates wouldn’t be covered and the customer would have to pay for grates. SR#7723796661. Removed and replaced front burners and caps. Tested unit. All tests good."
