WASHER WHIRLPOOL MAH5500BWW Customer states the unit made a sound (grinding?) 5-6 times during the cycle. Ran a spin cycle and could not duplicate the sound. Ran a service cycle and the sound did not appear. Checked inside the cabinet for any signs of wear. Found a loose strut. Reset and tested. Unit checks ok at this time.
