Found unit will not dispense checked unit found auger motor will not run went to check motor for power found neutral wire off the terminal on motor connected wire and motor runs and unit no w dispenses. I believe connector was not fully seated during unit assembly and has fallen off with use

Replaced water filter head assembly unit tested good. Did not push fridge all the way back customers water valve comes out of the side of the cabinet and when fridge is in place it is putting a bend on the line recommended contacting plumber to fix that problem
